The duck was great. But really, have you ever had a bad duck? You have to order in advance if you want one. We ordered one at the time we called for a reservation. The duck was prepped at table-side, and the presentation was pretty good. It was steaming hot. You get two plates of meat/skin and the rest of the duck is brought back to the kitchen to make a soup to be brought out later. The hoisin sauce didn't come with any spoon or anything so we had to use our chopsticks. The eggplant dish was pretty flavorful. The cauliflower was unique, and very good too. It wasn't overcooked. Food came out at a very reasonable pace. Unfortunately, the soup made from the duck was pretty bland. They simply forgot to add salt. We actually asked for salt and added it to our individual bowls.

Really unsatisfied experience. Last week my husband ordered a duck and today we spent half an hour driving there with our roommate who would fly back to China this afternoon. The duck was sliced in front of us with a cook. The first dish of duck slices was reluctantly acceptable, but the second dish of slices only have the skin of dusk on it. Believe me, almost no meat of duck at all for whole dish of duck slices. We I called the manger of this restaurant, he insisted that I ate all the meat at first and only left the skin on the dish!!! I was shocked and really angry at that moment! He went back into kitchen to check the duck bone of the one we ordered, but he could not find anything and the duck bone disappeared. He didn't apologized to me and even framed me up in front of my roommate. I only took picture of the first dish of duck slices, but you can still look at it and tell how unprofessional it is.

Great duck. I recommend using the duck bones for soup. Really good! The "pancakes" are really good when you roll duck into it with cucumber, green onions and duck sauce. I highly recommend eating it this way! Every part of the duck can be used in a dish and I recommend trying every way you can eat it :) duck sauce is amazing.

It was an experience of not being respected. When I was first time coming, I was not being served until I waited alone at the door for a long time, and I was served with quite a careless face (I guess because of my wearing?). For the second time, I did not see any sign of 'minimum cash payment amount', neither did the waitress tell me before I order dishes. And when my first dish is served, the waitress told me minimum cash payment is 30. I haven't brought up enough cash, and as a traditional Chinese manner of 'compromise in moderation', I asked whether it is possible to order another take-out to sum up total price between 20-30 and pay by credit card, then the waitress agreed, so I ordered another take-out. However after a while another waiter come up saying 'it is still not enough for 30', which made me annoyed and told them directly: "If you insist so, I have to go, since you neither put written notice anywhere, nor tell me before my order come up", the waiter still insisted, but finally it turned out that they understood something and agreed on cash payment, and canceled the additional take-out order. As a thank you expression, I still left around 15% of tip. In Chinese traditional thought, it is extremely difficult to accept the idea of 'don't judge', so I wouldn't argue anything about this, or blame anything on anyone, since this is not easy for me either. But in a country run by more complete law and order, such behavior is literally considered as 'kidnapping' (despite consequence is not as serious as the so called Nut Cake Scandal), which is definitely not acceptable. At least food is not bad, though I am quite unhappy with the experience, so two star would be a fair rating.

Super tasty duck. Well made crispy skin with plenty of meat as well. Definitely the best place for Peking Duck in the area.
